Conversation skills (with actor)
Talk, talk, talk. Conversation in many forms is crucial in order to understand, support, influence and convince people. Everyone knows situations in which your (non-) verbal communication does not always have the required effect. How do you give feedback that is acceptable to others? How do you deal with criticism yourself? How do you convince, influence, negotiate, and fight constructively? How do you bring bad news, how can you gain commitment, how do you motivate and support? There are a million different goals you may have that require adequate (non-) verbal skills.
In this training it is all about the participant’s wishes. It is an introduction to conversation skills. The intake forms, filled in by the participants beforehand, are the guideline to the training. A case is especially devised for each particpant. We apply practical communication theory to different situations. With the help of an actor we simulate these cases and share advice and experiences with each other.
