Too many worries
Your job may cause you many worries. This can lead you to feel mental obstipation and may arouse a myriad of emotions. It can therefore be difficult for you to stop thinking about your work in your spare time. Your head could be full of too many things, or you may feel insecure about your performances, or you may loose sleep over it. Depending on the causes we can apply several techniques to help you relax mentally.
In the training you will map the symptoms and the causes of your worries. We then apply adequate techniques such as Rational Emotive Training, learning how to set priorities, gathering feedback, managing the worrying process, or others.
Additionally, individual coaching sessions will help you analyse the precise causes and provides you with exercises as part of an Action Plan. Do you want to go to your work with a smile on your face? You can!
