Focus on fun and learning

ElroyCOM provides communication and management training in which the combination of fun and learning is key. Especially when learning serious things, having a laugh every once in a while lightens up the day. This creates an atmosphere that releases creativity and inspires people to share experiences and try out alternatives. All of our courses and workshops are set up with the input of the participants. We can thereby assure serving the participant’s wishes and needs. All practical exercises are supported by communication and management theory. Particpants are always offered several theories and options to choose from, since they will experience what works best for them.

With actors

ElroyCOM is a specialist in oral communication training. We thereby use actors to bring the experience of the participants to reality as close as possible. This interaction with actors is always appreciated highly, since the actual experience of simulating a real situation internalises the experience and clarifies the consequences of certain strategies and choices to the participants.

Additional coaching

Individual coaching sessions can be part of the training. These sessions gain deeper insight that helps the participant develop optimally.
