ElroyCOM consists of independent trainers, advisors, coaches and actors. We will introduce ourselves below.

ElroyCOM was founded in 2005 by Dr. Elroy Cocheret de la Morinière (born 03 april 1970 in Amsterdam). He was an assistant-professor Science & Society at the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam, chairman of the Dutch sector committee for Communication and master coordinator of Communication studies at the Radboud Universiteit in Nijmegen. He is the chief trainer, advisor and personal coach at ElroyCOM.

Wouter Christiaens (born 7 january 1970 in Geldrop) has extensive management experience in both the profit and non-profit sectors. He is now a personal coach and actor at ElroyCOM.

Annebeth Bresser (born 2 april 1961 in Deventer) has more than 10 years of experience as an assessment consultant , coach, trainer and training actor. Her experience is international, as she has worked in the Middle East, the United Kingdom, Belgium and France.

Sacha Hulsebosch (born 15 september 1966 te Haarlem) is trainer, training actor, and personal coach. She graduated from De Trap and De Acteursschool in Amsterdam. She has been active in this field for more than 8 years.

Xavier Theunissen (born 19 april 1972 in Eijsden) was a communication professional at the Technical University of Eindhoven, and a science journalist. His expertise involves management skills and effective communication with the news media.

Janine Pormes (born 27 december 1965 in Ede) is an actress and  training actor. Since 2006 she focuses mainly on her qualities as a training actor. She specialises in non-verbal communication.

Paulien Weikamp (born 29 july 1975 in Warnsveld) finished a degree in psychology and then continued as a trainer, actor and personal coach.With her background she offers clients extra knowledge from psychology.

Dorien Meijer (born on February 4, 1961 in Emmeloord) holds an MSc in Labour and Organizational Psychology and is registered with the Dutch Institute of Psychologists (NIP). She has broad experience in executive assessments, both in the Netherlands and abroad (Middle East, UK, Norway) and as a coach and training actor. She started her career as an automation expert with an international engineering organization, but switched after 15 years, when she obtained her psychology degree at the Dutch Open University. She is a sharp observer and as an actor she capitalizes on her experience in the business world.
