Management and communication training

Welcome to ElroyCOM Consultancy. We are a group of expert trainers, actors and coaches with extensive and international experience in the academic sector, who offer training and coaching for scientists. We focus on training in communication and management, within the context of academia. All of us have an academic background.

Our main goal is to help people to make positive changes in their lives and in the lives of their team or colleagues. In all of our activitities, our main values are: result oriented, caring for people, having fun, and your freedom of choice. You will recognise these values in our workshops for lecturers and professors, our courses for PhD-students, the courses for academic women, the workshops for academic managers, and in our individual coaching.
